Owner, Bill Gray, is an inactive Member of the California Bar Association, and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1990. He graduated with High Honors from Oregon State University in 1983 with a BS in Business Administration and Accounting Concentration and received his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1987 with a focus on Taxation.

After practicing law for several years, Bill completed the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy and acted as General Manager and Vice President of Barber Automotive Group in Ventura until 1996 when he left to found Ventura Realty and Homes Inc.

Bill's legal, accounting, and business experience give him a perspective real estate transactions and property management that very few, if any, other Real Estate Brokers possess.

Bill has lived in Ventura since 1991. His wife, and fellow Real Estate Agent, Kim Gray, is a life long Ventura resident. Bill was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii and has a love of the ocean and water sports.

Bill is an active member of the Ventura Rotary Club East and currently serves as its Foundation Board President.

In the early morning hours of December 5th, 2017, Bill and his family, lost their treasured 1925 family home to the Thomas Fire. Even though the fire took its toll, he and his family, will never forget the people of Ventura, friends and family, who came together to help rebuild their home.
